    Really enjoy this suburban shopping experience..EXCEPT when the red bearded fellow is on the checkout...not a greeting, like pulling teeth trying to get any response, not even polite. Certainly not helpful. I spoke to him repeatedly today and he pointedly ignored my query...i took my trolley to the next checkout where i was greeted by a lovely friendly lady. Letting the team down coles everyone else is friendly and helpful.
